Workshop - Winterizing Your Water Garden

This workshop has become so popular that we had to add another presentation this year to meet the demand. Fall is a season of change, and nowhere is that more evident than in a pond environment. If you are new to the water garden hobby we have created a seminar to help you answer all those questions about this time of transition. This seminar will allow you to cover everything - from basic fall pond maintenance, to upkeep of the pump and filter. It will also show you ways to over-winter plants and fish. This is a must attend event for new water feature owners and veteran hobbyists alike!

'Winterizing Your Water Garden' will be held at our retail store location. You must pre-register to attend as space is limited - and we ALWAYS sell out. Upon registration you will be entitled to take advantage of some exclusive product discounts not offered at any other time during the fall season. Contact us now to register.

Seminar - Creating Sexy Rain Water Harvesting Systems
'A workshop for the fashion-minded gardener with impeccable taste'

The Pond Clinic is pleased to bring you this exciting new seminar featuring local water gardening expert, horticultural celebrity, and successful business owner Nicholas Bott.

Harvesting rainwater is the hottest new thing in gardening because of renewed concerns for our environment. Every time it rains, trillions of gallons of water - our most precious resource - go right down municipal drains and into storm sewers, eventually polluting our rivers, lakes and oceans. The capability now exists to not only capture that water within your own landscape, but filter it too so it can be reused.

Traditional ways of harvesting rainwater, while functional, can be very unattractive and can detract from the beauty and value to your home or office setting. Nicholas will share with you a revolutionary design concept that combines a gorgeous re-circulating decorative water feature with a sub-surface rain water harvest storage system. He will teach you how you can do your part to protect our environment while you enjoy the soothing, relaxing sights and sounds of water in your landscape. While the subject matter is serious and significant, this workshop is fun, lively, and highly entertaining. It lasts only one hour, after which you will be ready to recycle your ugly old rain barrel and start living an exciting new water gardening lifestyle.

This is a seminar for the fashion minded gardener with impeccable taste, who wants nothing more than to enjoy their own little piece of aquatic paradise. Whether you live in an end unit townhouse, or a sprawling country estate, Nicholas Bott will teach you how to build an aquatic ecosystem sanctuary right in your own backyard.

If you wish to have Nicholas speak to your organization or club, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
